自动化生产口罩的缺陷检测离不开机器视觉检测技术

  避免口罩生产过程中出现任何瑕疵或缺损,减少出错率,机器视觉检测系统完成口罩缺陷检测的最后一道程序,提高口罩产品的质量及生产速度。在此过程中,工业相机能准确且快速撷取最真实影像数据,搭配后端分析软体,能帮助生产线人员在最短时间内做出最有效率的判断,真正减少人工成本以及制程中口罩被污染的机率。

  口罩瑕疵检测筛选系统的检验流程:
  Inspection process of mask defect detection and screening system:
  1.中心运动系统:由电机、主轴、玻璃盘及相关配件组成,实现中心系统平稳地转动。
  Central motion system: it is composed of motor, spindle, glass plate and related accessories to realize the stable rotation of the central system.
  2.视觉检测系统:由6个相机及相应光源组成,分别实现对物料上表面、物料下表面及物料侧环面进行拍照。

  3.软件分析控制系统:相机取像后,通过主机软件分析,判定被检测物料的属性:合格品、不合格品、待检品三种。

  4.出料分检系统:软件判定物料的属性后,通过PLC电气控制系统,出料分检系统按照软件指标的属性,对物料进行良品、不良品、待检品进行分类出料。
