  瓶口封盖及液体位置检测

  当药瓶经过自动化机器填充完液体药品后,便直接封口。一般医疗用药液会有内塞先封住瓶口,接著再使用机器将外盖内气压密合,以确保瓶内药液不受污染或变质。先透过相机彩色工业相机垂直拍摄瓶盖颜色,获得的图像传输至电脑,透过事先储存设定的色彩,进行颜色比对,来辨识所经过的药瓶是否正确。接着,在下一个关卡架设侧拍相机,取得的图像经过量测软件或程序来辨别液位高度,同时上下比对瓶盖位置,确认是否每个瓶盖都已密封。在此两关卡上,不合格的药瓶则如瓶口检测后的结果,由小计算机自动下指令至自动化机器,送至废品区。
