选择合适的焊接机器人主要看哪些技术指标?

  焊接机器人应用于机械制造产业,其中在汽车制造业应用的较为普遍。焊接机器人的控制系统可以实现自动焊接,智能控制系统就和人的大脑一样,可以下达指令来完成一系列的操作,控制系统可以对焊缝智能识别,根据焊缝的规格做出反应,选择合适的焊接参数相匹配,保证焊接的稳定性。那么,怎样选择合适的焊接机器人呢?
  Welding robots are used in mechanical manufacturing industry, especially in automobile manufacturing industry. The control system of the welding robot can realize automatic welding. The intelligent control system, just like the human brain, can issue instructions to complete a series of operations. The control system can intelligently identify the weld, react according to the weld specifications, select appropriate welding parameters to match, and ensure the stability of welding.   1.机器人通用技术指标

  ①判断焊接机器人灵活性的重要指标是自由度数。一般而言,在机器人工作空间中可以到达3个自由度,但是焊接不仅必须到达空间中的某个位置,而且还必须确保焊枪的空间姿势。因此,电弧焊和切割机器人至少需要5个自由度,点焊机器人至少需要6个自由度。
  The degree of freedom is an important index to judge the flexibility of welding robot. Generally speaking, three degrees of freedom can be reached in the robot workspace, but welding must not only reach a certain position in the space, but also ensure the spatial posture of the welding gun. Therefore, arc welding and cutting robots need at least 5 degrees of freedom, and spot welding robots need at least 6 degrees of freedom.

  The load refers to the rated load that the robot end can bear. The welding gun and its cables, cutting tools and gas pipes, welding tongs and cables, and cooling water pipes are all loads. Therefore, the load capacity of arc welding and cutting robots is 6-10kg. If the spot welding robot uses integrated transformer and integrated welding tongs, its load capacity shall be 6090kg. If a separate welding tongs is used, its load capacity shall be 4050kg.

  ①适用的焊接或切割方法这对于弧焊机器人特别重要。这实质上反映了机器人控制和驱动系统的抗干扰能力。目前,一般的弧焊机器人只使用MIG焊接方法,因为这些焊接方法不需要使用高频电弧点火,机器人的控制和驱动系统没有特殊的抗干扰措施,可以使用钨极氩弧焊焊接。该机器人是近年来的新产品,它具有一套特殊的抗干扰措施。选择机器人时应注意这一点。
