  一:检测产品的尺寸,根据产品拍照显示出来的轮廓,对核心尺寸进行检测。

  二:缺陷检测,比如明显的缺料,划痕等,根据成像,正面光源打过去,可判断出是否有表面缺陷,目前根据相机技术应用,像素越高,对于微观缺陷的判断越明显。
