  另外,因为电路板上元件如此密集,如果采用人工方法,是无法进行焊接验证的。然而,使用机器视觉则不仅可验证线路板的连接,而且即使出现焊接开裂、回流不足或者其它工艺特征的情况,机器视觉还可以为制造工程师提供缺陷反馈,留下分析数据和依据。
