Generally speaking, the weld must reach the "code for acceptance of class III weld" in the code for acceptance of steel structure engineering construction (GB 50205-2001), and some non-standard welds must meet the national secondary weld code.
According to the drawing, check whether there is too much protrusion on the welding seam of the relevant equipment and the out of roundness of the container according to the relevant pipe mouth orientation and anchor bolt center distance.
In addition, it is necessary to inspect the quality of steel produced by non-standard automation equipment. Ultrasonic flaw detection should be carried out on all steel plates. For steel plates below 22mm, 10% of the steel plates should be taken for "meter" ultrasonic flaw detection. If defects are found, all steel plates shall be inspected again.
When checking and accepting the steel plate, check whether the surface is smooth and flat, and there are no bubbles, scabs, interlayer and cracks on the groove edge.
