为何很多制造业都在大力发展自动化立体仓库?

  如今自动化、信息化程度地不断提高,促进了物流信息技术和自动化技术的各类智能物流设备迅猛发展,其中自动化立体仓库就是其中颇具代表性的设备,被广泛应用在汽车、烟草、医药、机械、食品饮料等行业。

  自动化立体仓库的分类方式也是较多的,按照不同的分类标准,有不同的分类方式。目前主要的分类方式是按照自动化立体仓库货架的构造来分类,可以分为单元货格式、贯通式、水平旋转式和垂直旋转式。

  自动化立体仓库的分类

  (1)单元货格式:是比较常见的模式,货架之间有巷道,巷道占去了三分之一左右的面积。

  (2)贯通式:主要适用于货物品种不多而数量又相对较大的仓库。能够大大提高仓库的利用率。

  (3)水平旋转式及垂直旋转式:这类仓库的货架可以在水平面内或垂直面内沿环形路线运行。主要适用于作业频率要求不太高的场合,对于小件物品的拣选作业十分合适。
  Horizontal rotation type and vertical rotation type: the shelves of this kind of warehouse can run along the circular route in the horizontal plane or vertical plane.   与传统的仓库对比,自动化立体仓库有着多方面的优势:

  自动化立体仓库可以随机存储,配合系统自动记录准确位置,大大提高了空间的利用率。而传统仓库必须将物品归类存放,会造成大量的空间闲置。
